Momfessionals

Here we go!

1.) I'm totally loving this tee from Gap. It is so soft and I love how it lays nicely. I'm wearing the oatmeal stripe color. It has a "ballet back" and I thought it was a cute accent.

I paired it with mint green shorts. I loved the colors together. The mint green definitely brightened up the shirt.

Here's the back.
Here are some of the other colors.

I'm loving the black and white.

2.) While I was in IL at the mall, I stopped by Macy's to check out some make-up. The kind lady at the counter helped me find my color for this "CC cream." I love it! It has SPF 30, is moisturizing and it's not too thick. The I've always loved Clinique products and this did not disappoint.

3.) While at Macy's I was looking for some new eye shadow, lip gloss and mascara. This was a perfect set which included all of that and more! For a great deal. I am loving the moisture surge moisturizer, too. I chose the "Splashy Nudes" colors. The bag is adorable, as well.

4.) This coffee-mate creamer flavor is ahhhmazing! It tastes just like the caramel and coconut girl scout cookies I use to sell. You'll love it!

5.) This foaming cleanser by "simple" is fabulous. It leaves my face feeling soft, smooth and radiant. It is very reasonably priced and takes my make-up so well. I really enjoy it.

What are some of your favorite new things? I'd love to hear about them!

The IL Vacay: Part 2

Last week we visited my sister in IL. We had a really fun time.

You can check out The IL Vacay: Part 1 here

Taylor and I were all ready for another fun filled day! She loves it when I do her hair :) and of course, I love it, too!

On the third day we picked up Chick Fil-A and headed to Independence Grove Park. We had a picnic on the dock watching the fish. The BIG fish. My Mom even named some of them funny names. :) The kids loved that!

Big carp. Austin was super bummed he didn't bring his "fishin rod" because he totally would've easily caught one of them and stuffed it on his wall! His words. Like father like son.

We played on the amazing play ground there and had a blast!

Afterwards, Ice Cream! At this amazing & cute shop with oh-so-many different kinds of ice cream. I could barely make a decision! But, I decided on Strawberrry cheesecake. Yummy!

The 3 little ones were so cute together eating and chatting.

My sista and I.

After this, my parents kept the kiddos and we had a fun night together. We went on a walk, watched a movie at her house and also went out for THE most delish pizza ever! The cheese was underneath the sauce. Like melt in your mouth deliciousness!

While we were in IL the day before we also went to the Mall. It's been awhile since I've been to the mall and it was so nice to walk around, talk and relax. When we went it was pouring rain outside so it was a great time to be indoors.

Austin couldn't go into "Yo kids Island" Because he was too big :(.
But he could do this! And he was pumped and a little hesistant.

Going up high...

and higher!

Stace and I walked around with Troy and Grayson. Our cute little shoppers.
We tried on hats.

And so did the little ones :). They're totally adorable! :)

We went to Century Park on the last full day in IL. Scott joined us since he was off work. And it was so great to hang out with him.

We played on the fun playground equipment like the big kids that we are :).

Almost all of us got in the picture. :)

They were pretending to be statues. Very still and steady they were!

Tay and Troy helped carry a bag together.

Working together.

Love this!

At the Carnival!! :)

These boys are so sweet & silly!

Troy wanted to carry Taylor.

They are seriously like the cutest together.

Ride time!

The big boy and me! :)

More fun rides!

This was definitely a favorite. Austin probably went on it like 10 + times!

This was Taylor's favorite. The roller coaster.

There were fireworks at dark and they were gorgeous. Here's Scott and Grayson watching them together. Cute!

The next morning we headed out. On our way home my Mom read books to him just about the whole time. She is amazing! She loves to read and so does A!

We were home in the evening and the boys were asleep by 7 pm.  Exhausted from a fantastic Vacay to IL!

The IL Vacay: Part 1

Last week we went to visit my sister in Illinois and I am so glad we did!

We had a fun and exciting time!!

My sister, Stacy, her hubby and kiddos moved to Illinois 1 year and 9 months ago. And I just finally made the drive with my parents and kids to visit her. She has been so sweet and faithful in visiting us. Driving the 8-9 hours to see her family. And we are always extremely grateful to see her and those kids!!

Flashback to the summer of 2010 at the Como Zoo. 4 years ago...Wow!

My heart melts when I see Taylor and Grayson. They are so adorable. And all the cousins together completely melts my heart :).

I was joking with someone we met at the carnival and told them we have been having a blast even just hanging out in the hotel room.

Being together. ..

Because time spent together is so special.

Here A and I are together taking a bathroom selfie on our way. Charging my phone. #classy #iknow

We arrived in IL around 6:00 pm. We went to this delicious restaurant: Porillo's. It was such a cool place.

Taylor and Grayson together again.

This was the first time the boys had been in one of these kind of doors. They went around and around and around. Fun times!

That night the kids took a bubble bath in the jacuzzi. They all had their suits on and had a blast in the "pool." Every night at least one of the kids went in there and loved it!

The next morning the boys were ready to go.

How handsome are they!

We were at the Castle Park. It was a huge and awesome playground. They were having a total blast.

Troy boy!

Tay Tay!

Gray!

Sweet photo!

My Mom and Sister. Love them!

Playing in the giant sandbox.

Taylor was the Princess and Troy was protecting her from Bowser.

Laughing so hard!

At the top of the castle. Troy loves to take care of her!

I will do a Part 2 recap tomorrow. We feel so blessed to have been able to visit and spend so much quality time together.

God is so good all the time.

Jamie :)
